i've been on mounjaro + topiramide for a few months, thought i could just stop it...
ofc alcohol is stronger than me. ofc went back to drinking and just went on a few binges. tried to stop drinking again but god the cravings, just needed a few drinks to go by a few days of issues... had three espresso martinis, and then two negronis, and who did not eat anything the whole day? i thought i went home but ended up at another bar.
i'm still having anxiety and shakes now. oh well.
sprained my ankle, lost my bag (found it, but lost some shit inside), and now in deep shit with my mom.
