FPL player prices don't paint a pretty picture for Fulham. We are (once again) lagging badly.

Sometimes, after a level up, I try and add a new ability from the spellbook to the utility bar but the ability automatically defaults to something that is already there.

For example, I am trying to add Infernal Strike from my spellbook but, once on the bar, it defaults to Shieldgore.

Is there any reason (aside from a bug) that this happens and is there any way to fix it?

VLC speed is playing fast but reverts to normal speed when I click on a menu item. So I can leave a dropdown menu open at the top of the screen and it plays normally.

The sound level automatically moves up to full if I open the volume control.

In addition, scrolling menus (outside of VLC) automtaically scroll when I open them.

I thought that it might be a keyboard issue so have just bought a new keyboard and mouse (USB wireless) but the issue persists.

VLC is up to date - although given that I am having scrolling issues outside of VLC that doesn't seem to be the probem (as an aside, if I am in, say, outlook, the screen doesn't scroll automatically, its only when I am menu selection screens, both internal (troubleshooting windows for example) and external.

Windows Mediaplayer works fine.

Windows doesn't seem to want to update even when I manually instruct it to do so. I have run windows troubleshooter.

I have no internet connection problems.

Scrolling on the side of the reddit page - if I hold down the lest mouse button to scroll up and nwon, its about 70% responsive. If I use the scroll wheel on the page then zero problems.

So, something is automatically adjusting settings and scrolling things and it isn't keyboard related and I have, I think, run some of the obvious troubleshooting after Googe / AI searches.

I am at a loss ... (I am also no tech wizard by any means)

EDIT - I just tried joining the discord following the prompt after posting and I get the captcha / move the symbol security gateway. Every time I do that it reverts back to the 'are you human' prompt. I would guess that this might be related
