In its current form, the situation gives the impression that Unihertz is underestimating the importance of proactive communication. Instead of allowing uncertainty to build and speculation to spread, the company could take a more transparent, structured approach: share how many units are shipped per batch, which regions are prioritized and why, and how the remaining orders are planned to be fulfilled.

Providing these details would not only demonstrate respect for the backers’ commitment and patience, but would also transform a growing frustration into a sense of being involved and informed. In short, the lack of communication is the core issue—and it appears that more openness and regular updates could mitigate it almost immediately..
