Will I want to bash my head in with rocks if I try to use benzoyl peroxide to whiten Nurse Red Heart?

my nurse red heart that i got secondhand and cleaned up still has a grayish hue to her body and i can’t tell if it’s something that i can fix or it’s just what she looks like….i might also be seeing something that isn’t there so pls let me know if you think benzoyl peroxide will de-grey her or if you think i am actively hallucinating ❤️

Lost all my items

i logged into finch about a week or so ago and realized that all of my items (collected over the span of more than a year) had disappeared without warning. i emailed finch support almost immediately, but only have received the canned “we’ve received your message!” response. i’m really disappointed and i was just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar or if you know of a better way to contact finch support than by email? i’d like to keep using the app but i’m really frustrated with their lack of response
