Took a break from my 10:30 min miles to enjoy some scenery.

I also noticed I struggle on hotter days when I take my meds. More than I normally would on a hotter day. Does anyone else have a hard time with heat on sertraline?!

Could use some advice with weight gain

I was underrating for years. I started with a nutritionist/trainer who had me go from 1200 and below to 2300 calories a day, I jumped from 133 to 138 fast. Started creatine then decided to stop after a week and now my weight has been sitting around 142-144. It doesn’t work for me. I am 5’1. I do have more visible muscle but not a damn thing fits and my stomach just keeps looking bigger.
My face is looking bigger too. I understand that with my activity level, I need more cal than 1200. I just need a healthier balance I guess. I run and walk daily, and I lift 5 days a week. Also anytime I eat over 2000 calories my stomach just feels like trash. Any ideas on an ideal calorie intake?!

Today I decided to choose myself and actually choose myself.

I decided to show respect and love to myself instead of taking the easy way out.

For anyone who can keep an 8 minute mile paces for multiple miles, how? I understand everyone is different but that took the life out of me. I had to walk the rest of my run . I don’t understand how some people actually can run under 8 minute miles, it’s truly amazing though.

I started taking creatine the beginning of the month, I took it for a week, and put on 7lbs.. I felt like trash, couldnt figure out why. I was accidentally taking 20g a day instead of 10. It threw me off and I gave up. I would love to lose the weight I gained, especially because my shorts and jeans are tighter, the only thing that has changed this month was the creatine. Do I attempt again and possibly gain more weight? Trust the process? Or keep doing what I have been doing without creatine and slim down a little. I just want my shorts to fit comfortably again lol. I really want to build more muscle though. 🙃

I avoided leg day for years and any lower body work besides running… the last few months, I have added a lot of lower body workouts into my splits… my thighs are getting bigger and so is my butt. I know a lot of people want bigger butts and thicker thighs, but I really dont lol. None of my favorite jeans fit anymore and a lot of my shorts are now tight. Should I just stop working lower body? It’s harder running with thicker thighs as well. Is there anything I can do to make my butt smaller?
