Freelancing work

Hi! To start the base of this, I’ve been working in Floral design for about three years now I started off with making rose bouquets and very simple mixes in the past couple years. I’ve really enhanced my designing with using local grown flowers and very different design, tactics and design ways. I’m recently starting to freelance more for my own experience. And I’ve signed up for two really big freelancing jobs ones. I’ve never been familiarized with before. This was initiated through Instagram.

Where hopefully they saw my profile. But these are a bit more larger scale, using more premium flowers and more intricate designs. Now I’ve become very, very worried that I’m not able to execute these designs. It’s a lot of groundwork. And a lot of installing I have made some fun designs.

I’ve gotten traction that people do like. And this florist actually commented that she liked my work a lot. What should I do? Should I cancel or should I go through with it and learn some things however I do not want to mess up someone’s schedule due to my unexperienced self I will post some pictures of my work.

How do I do this?

Hello! I just wanna give a quick background story. I have lost over 70 pounds. With the help of Oz, however I have gained back at least 40 pounds originally I was at 332 pounds and I was about 242 pounds before I started gaining weight again. I slowly start getting weight last year. Now I weigh about 284 pounds.

I’ve recently started going to the gym, but I’m confused. I don’t know what to do. I’m used to cardio treadmill, air walk, and then be done. I do about 2 miles on a 3.7 speed however what can I do that will enhance more I know stair master is also a big help and I’m trying to do at least 20 minutes at a three incline. but I know that there’s many factors such as doing machine workouts, but I do not know where to start. This is where I would need advice and I really appreciate whatever’s reading this.

Eating I wouldn’t say I eat the most healthiest foods, I eat, unhealthy food and small increments I’ve tried fasting meal prepping and etc. I’m also about three years in to recovery of been eating disorder, but I have slowly been binging more.

My goal is to be back at my old weight by the end of the year. I’m also a male and I am 19 years old. I would love your advice/opinions. Thank you!
