Anyone using Blocksy theme

Hi, this is my first post here. I am looking for a nice wordpress theme for my upcoming site that will be mostly about finance related. I had first selected Kadence but it seems it is purchased by liquid web and pricing is also changed.

Then I got to know about Blocksy theme from reddit. The theme is good and I checked the demo as well. One thing I noticed about Blocksy changelog is it includes only minor fixes and improvements but no major new features. Does this mean the theme is complete and will not longer get new features?. How long will they only keep fixing things but no additional features?

Brave Origin related questions

Hi, I am looking to switch from chrome to Brave origin. Before I make a purchase, I have two questions:

  1. Is the android app available for Brave origin?

  2. Is the account based sync feature added to Brave origin. I have lost my bookmarks in the past and I believe by signing in with an account, my data is not lost.

Portfolio review with Index funds

Hello guys, so I am planning to start my SIP of ~50k / month, just wanted to get an opinion from the community on the selection of the funds and distribution of amount.

  1. HDFC Flexi cap fund - 20K
  2. Motilal Oswal midcap 150 index fund - 10k
  3. MO NN50 index fund - 10k
  4. Bandhan Small cap - 5k
  5. SBI Gold/HDFC Silver - 5k
  6. DSP NRNE fund - (thematic fund, I had done lumpsum investment. No SIPs here)

Apart from the above I have got one time investments in 2 international funds (kotak and Franklin) and the SIPs have been stopped by the fund. So i will keep the amount in the fund as it is for now.

Questions

  1. Should I keep MO NN50 fund or move the amount to MO midcap index? I had invested in NN50 because I wanted to invest in a large cap index fund but I am thinking if its is actually required now.
  2. For mid cap, I have selected MO midcap 150, is it good or should i move to an active fund instead?
  3. For small cap should i move to index fund instead? I read small caps are volatile, so I want to stay invested for 10+ years atleast.
  4. Is Flexicap actually required?

Why these Funds were Chosen - For long term investment and stability

Goal - Buying property / Retirement

Horizon - Long term 15+ years

Risk Appetite - Moderate

App Used - Groww

Let me know your thoughts or can something be swapped in/out for some better option?

MO midcap150 index or NN50 index fund?

I have a question related to NN50 and mcap 150 index fund. I had invested in both Motilal NN50 index fund and MO midcap 150 index fund long back. Are both these actually required or can I have just MO midcap 150 index fund? My other investments include HDFC flexi cap and bandhan small cap.

Risk Appetite – Aggresive

oal – For savings and retirement

Horizon – 10-15 years

Allocation – Lumpsum investments done in the past

App Used – Groww

Why These Funds – I had picked index funds with minimal overlap
