Rubber sole stitching separating
Just got these used from depop for $300, supposedly only worn a handful of times (probably untrue). The leather is in decent condition but the rubber (?) sole is completely separating and the stitching is gone.
Is this a defect that I can potentially get repaired or replaced at RM Williams under warranty even though I’m not the original owner? I’ve requested a full refund / return on depop anyway but wondering what my options are.
