Would iCloud Photos still sync even if I cancelled my subscription and deleted photos on mac to free up space?
This a "Now, I'm broke" situation. I used to have a 2TB icloud sub. Now, after I cancelled my sub for a while. I'm exporting all my photos from iCloud to an external drive via Mac Photos. I am exporting them by batch and deleting each batch as I go.
Now the question is, once I get down under 5 GB (free tier) would my iPhone sync with icloud photos again? Would it sync/upload the newer photos it took after syncing stopped when I unsubscribed to the 2TB?
I tried moving the photos library to the external and made it the primary library to download originals, but I guess it doesn't download because I unsubbed.
What the actual heck? Free Solidworks? This is too good to be true.
So, I was just on my freshly installed PC setting up Fusion360 and remembered someone saying Solidworks had a $50 subscription. So I checked it out and eventually stumbled upon the Free for Student Edition and said, heck, let me try plugging my email in, pressed enter and bam! I get this page with a freaking Serial Number! I couldn't believe it!
Now the real question is, what's the catch? Is this just to lure F360 users into Solidworks ecosystem?
* I hid the actual serial. ftwdk
Edit:
Solidworks never ask me to upload any proof that I was a student, nor confirm my institution is real. It just told me to "promise" I'm a student.

I can’t, for the life of me, make out what Fancy said here at 1:34. No matter how much I rewind it.
