Coolant level low and can’t get to dealership. Can I use this?

2023 Jetta GLI. My coolant light came on. Google AI said this will work but I’m nervous to mess with it. What do you guys think?

First injury advice

Hey guys, I’m at the one year mark training. I was at open mat last night and we were doing live rolls. A lot starting from the knees as many guys have comp this weekend and are trying to go light. A brand new guy (literally his first week) asked me if I wanted to do some standing rounds. He was stocky and athletic. Come to find out he’s 18 and wrestled throughout High school. I never wrestled so my stand up is still pretty bad.

Anyways about 15 seconds into the round as I’m stepping in for a collar tie he shoots a spear single leg attempt at my lead leg. Shoulder hit my knee hard and hyper extended it. I felt a crack/click and instantly dropped in fear that my leg was messed up. I know I’m suppose to sprawl but the kid was fast as heck. A day later and I can walk fine but my knee is in some pain. I don’t think any ligaments are torn as I did some tests at home but it is sore and my patella feels a bit unstable.

Anyways this got me a bit nervous to do standup again with a wrestler. Any advice on how I can get better and prevent knee injury? Any advice on monitoring my knee?

I’m still a white belt so please go easy on me lol. I’m 28 male btw. Fairly fit and strong but not super athletic. Thanks for advice guys.

TL,DR: a young wrestler shot a hard football tackle looking single leg at me and hyperextended my knee. It hurts and I’m nervous to do live standup again.
