Advice needed! Fiat Panda 2022 1.0 Hybrid city life, or Citroen C3 2021?

Hi all, I'd love your expert opinions, I am not much of a car guy myself, but am currently in the market to buy one.

There are two options that have come up - a Citroen C3 2021 83 hp (61 kW) with 47k KM or a Fiat Panda 2022 1.0 Hybrid city life model with 44K KM. I am looking for something reliable, practical and want this form factor - mainly to be able to pick up 2nd hand furniture/DIY bits for the house.

I am leaning against logic towards the Fiat, despite having way less tech and features, I just appreciate the Italian charm (my first car was a Punto). The car will be used in the Netherlands.

I am quite stuck and would love some help/advice.

Alocasia Frydek/Micholitziana 1 year transformation and help needed!

Hi all, my 1 year old Alocasia Frydek / Micholitziana is showing some weird signs of speckling and yellow spots, does anyone have any experience of what this might be? I do feed it heavily, and am wondering if this is consistent with fertilizer burn?
