Did my light damage this pothos?

Why the sad leaf (yellow)? Grew this from cutting three months ago. Soil is regular stuff mixed with orchid thing. Moisture should be ok. Moved this next to growing light three weeks ago. Had thrips in other plant earlier but this one doesn't (did systematic treatment for this as well just in case).

Pot propably too large but I'm afraid I hurt the growing roots if I change it now. Keeping track of moisture with this meter so I let it dry sufficiently before watering again.

Room in south, not next to window. I live in Polar region.

What is this and how to treat it right?

Got a new plant from daughter, no idea of its needs. How often and how much to water? How much light? Should I spray it with water or not? Help me out! 🌻♥️

Update: My happy rug above my happy steps

🌈My previous Happy Steps- post here: https://www.reddit.com/r/femalelivingspace/s/0hrjmvKLNx

💯Long story short, I put my favourite wool rug on the wall, because why not!? 🤭💪🏻

Now my happy steps staircase is perfect. With zero echoing btw!

Rug by Rugvista.

👥Here's how it went:

Me: My staircase is echoing sooo much. 😔

Friend: Try a rya rug (Scandinavian traditional wall rug)!

Me: But I really don't like those rya rugs... They're so shaggy and so...

Friend: But I know you love rugs and mats.

Me: ...Carry on, sensei. 🤔

Friend: You realize, that rya rug is basically just a vertically placed rug, right?

Me: 👀

🏁Three days later my friend helped me to put it on the concrete wall. And here it is!

I used paper based peel&stick wallpaperborders by Made of Sundays to brighten up my boring stairs. 🌈
