What is a fair price to swap out a PTAC?

I’m quoting a PTAC swap for a property company on the beach, I work for a really small company (I’m the only tech other than the owner but he’s mostly doing install work while I tackle service) and I’m pricing it following the guidelines he gave me.

Our cost for the PTAC is 963.52, I added a 30% markup on it which brought it to 1252.58. After only adding 2 hours or labor plus misc costs my pretax total is at 2202.58 which feels really high.

Mind you, no electrical needs done as it is powered by a wall plug, the drain is a simple barb fitting, and the wall sleeve for the old unit will work with the new one (same brand, same dimensions). What do yall think?

What would cause this two year old condensing coil to look like this? The unit next to it was installed at the same time and the coil is fine. Coastal NC

How can I fix my wife’s favorite shoes?

As the title says, these are my wife’s favorite shoes and she broke two straps on them today. I don’t know the brand or manufacturer as she thrifted them. I’ve never done any kind of work on shoes before, but I am somewhat handy when I need to be. Any help would be awesome.
