I just got a model y and have a service scheduled for checking out some suspension clunking in the front and a body panel misalignment- it’s schedule more than a week out and it already says no transportation assigned/ provided for your appointment.
How do loaners work with Tesla service appointments? Is it based on how much work is needed so they determine that afterwards, or purely based on the day of availability?
