Long distance drive with a 10 month old

I’m going to Cornwall in August and my baby will be 10 months old by then.

We’re trying to decide whether to take a 1 hour flight, or drive there which would take 6 hours plus stops.

I would rather drive but I feel like he will get very irritated sitting down for too long. Does anyone have any experience with long distance drives with babies and have any advice?

Indoor shopping centres

Does anyone know of any big indoor shopping centres close to Colchester?

I used to live in Romford and we had indoor shopping centre there, as well as lakeside close by. But I feel like there’s nothing like this near Colchester.

Trying to escape the heat by walking around shops for the day

Girls! What are some cool “girly” commanders I can build a deck around?

I’ve currently only played the precon commander decks and would love to build my own. Have seen a few people online building “girly” decks with horses/unicorns, cats and dogs, vampires etc, and was wondering if anyone knows of some “girly” cool commanders I can build around?

Currently im playing with blight curse and creatures of the deep

Can I stop cosleeping without sleep training?

Please help me I’m at a loss!

My baby is coming up to 7 months and we’ve been cosleeping for most of the night since the 4 month regression but I really want to stop.

He goes in his cot in his own room now from 7pm, then wakes for a bottle between 10pm-11pm and after that is when the problem starts, he’ll either go back down for an hour or so or not at all, and it’s seems impossible to get him to settle back down!

I really don’t know what to do, is it something that will get better with time? Or will I have to sleep train?

Anyone have any success stories please!

My baby is 6 months now so I’m keen to get him in his own room, at the moment we cosleep for most of the night , this happened after the good old 4 month regression.

He goes down in his next to me crib from 7pm to around 10pm, then after his 10pm bottle, he’ll either go back in the cot for an hour or not at all, I end up cosleeping because he sleeps through the night in my bed, and after 4 months of terrible nights, I was just happy for the sleep.

Does anyone have any tips on how to transition from cosleeping to sleeping in their own room? I don’t want to do cry it out but I’m happy to do more gentle sleep training if needed
