I’ve tried three different antiperspirants in the EU and all have caused very itchy armpits after a few uses. I could keep buying and trying different ones but that is wasteful and expensive so I’m hoping someone might have a similar issue and an appropriate answer.

I've tried: Nivea Protect and Care, Nivea Pure and Sensitive (jic it was the fragrance, didn’t make a difference), and Garnier mineral sensitive.

Deodorants do less than nothing for smell. they don’t make me itch, but I’d like something to prevent sweat and odor, so I’m looking for antiperspirants specifically. Thanks!

I have lower back issues that develop when walking or standing for awhile. I have plenty of practical shoes and sneakers. I’m looking for actually trendy leather shoes that are supportive. Styles like loafers, Mary Jane’s, and boots would be great!

and I’d like a book to help me feel better. nothing too heavy. thoughts?

hello! looking for a tried and tested pattern for a long sleeve top for knit fabrics. preferably with thumb holes but not absolutely necessary.

I don’t work with knits a lot and I have a hard time telling what’s AI sometimes and I’d like a decent quality, human-made pattern. preferably something you’ve tried or something that has a good reputation. thanks!

I know many of us are sad certain patterns/colors aren’t made in the products we like. I’m curious if anyone here has modified anything to become something else?

for example, I have an iPad mini and they don’t make a tablet sleeve that fits to my liking. last year i made a copycat in the right size out of cotton canvas. it’s cute and all, but i’m thinking about doing the same thing out of a reusable.

has anyone done this? Does anyone aspire to? I’d love to see pictures and have a discussion for inspiration!

Any tips for sewing nylon? I’m guessing it doesn’t “heal” once punctured like most wovens. so less room for errors.

I do know there are companies you can send products to and have them remade, but I’m curious about people who have done it themselves.

I’m having difficulties reserving special meals on a transcontinental flight. The option is not showing up on the app. I will call if necessary but I’m wondering, is this something I’ll need to ask for at the desk or on the flight? Just wanna make sure we have food we can eat on a long flight.
