Equation that can roughly fit this graph

No this is not my homework, I'm making a game and I need a curve roughly like this for balancing. Trying to get an equation that spits out values like this.

Games like Spore?

Like casual games about designing creatures and civilizations or even colonizing and customizing planets. Games with a focus on creativity over strategy and numbers.

Best diegetic UI in survival horror?

What are some of your favourite examples of diegetic UI in survival horror games?

Diegetic UI means that everything we the player see on the HUD and game menus is something that exists in the universe and the characters can also see. Dead Space is the famous example, but I'm curious if there are any other standout examples.

How much padding should games use for UI?

Do you prefer HUD elements to stretch to the corners, or to be padded so they appear like they would in 16:9?

Do you prefer padding in menus such as inventory screens and the like or do you prefer having UI menus fill up the entire screen with contect?

If options are available to adjust padding, do you use them?

If you do customize padding, how do you prefer UI elements are layed out?

For context, I'm a gamedev and looking to support ultrawide aspect ratios.

"All your base are belong to us" is a line from the European release of Zero Wing (1989) in 1991. The translations were done in-house by a member of Toaplan's design team, despite already having professional English translations for the prior North American release.

If you were on the internet in the 2000s, you'll definitely remember this meme. Learning that the translation was the second English translation is quite funny. Mentioned on the article for Zero Wing is that the game was distributed by Williams Electronics, so maybe Toaplan didn't have the rights to use that translation.
