Mainly just complaining here: But, I'm exhausted AF from the rising housing costs. It sucks because moving is horrible. Yet, once again I just got a rental increase with the max 10%. It's obnoxious. These private equity firms are greedy as hell. They don't care for the building in any particular way, and yet I'm paying a chunk more each year. I tried negotiating a few times, and it's met with a flat no which angers me further. Before we experience any real rent relief here, what options do we have in a non rent stabilized place. Also, FWIW, they own 57 BUILDINGS IN BROOKLYN. Even at an average of $100 more monthly, for 343 units is $34300 more per *month. LIKE REALLY?!?!?!?!
