Glücklich aber ausgebremst. Wie geht's weiter?
Kurz zu mir :
M35, Bachelor MaschBau,
Angefangen als Entwicklungsing, dort 2 Jahre stellv. Entwicklungsleitung gemacht. Mit Kind dann 1 Jahr ausgesetzt (schwieriges Verhältnis zur Chefin damals, Umzug etc.. Bereue nichts, war ne fantastische Zeit mit meinem Sohn)
Mittlerweile 3 Jahre als technischer Leiter in einer kleinen Bude.
Meine Aufgaben sind NeuEntwicklung, Aufbau Prototypen, Kundenkontakt, Fertigungssteuerung. Ich hab 15 Leute unter mir, alle ungelernt bzw zwei haben ejne kaufmännische Ausbildung. Bin jedenfalls der einzige im Betrieb mit technischen Sachverstand.
Bezahlung ist okay, 35h Woche und allgemein keine Gefahr für burnout. Potentiell hat mein jetziger Chef (und Eigentümer der Bude) kein bock das ewig zu machen und wird perspektivisch in <5 Jahren nicht mehr aktiv sein. Ich soll dann GF machen.
Soweit so gut, jedoch fehlt mir öfters der technische Bezug. Ich merke wie ich meine Stunden auf der Arbeit oft "verbrate" und sinnlos Sachen overengineere, einfach weils mir fehlt.
Dem Unternehmen geht's ganz gut, hängt aber am Tropf von 1-2 Großkunden. Wenn die Husten wirds böse bei uns.
Jedenfalls bin ich total unentschlossen, ob ich mich weiter im gemachten Nest bewegen soll und dort meine Zukunft sehe oder ob genau diese Einstellung mich in eine Sackgasse führen könnte.
AMA, ich bin auf Feedback, Tips und Ansichten gespannt.

PAHT-CF is awesome
At work we ordered a roll of PAHT CF just to print a stressed part. Usually we use ABS at work but it was way to weak and broke after some cycles. Now I got the left over to use at home (X2D) and wanted to see how well it can print more decorative geometry then a Belt drive.

It's absolutely stunning what you can achieve after some tuning. All done with a 0,4 HF tungsten (I know HF is a bit tricky with these filaments but that's what I have my tungsten nozzle for)

Left corner in the picture is the nozzle so the geometry is kinda small.

Got a A6 etron Performance sedan as a company car which I spected near max (wanted to stick <100.000€ mrsp for german regulations). It looks stunning and drives even better. But it lacks in almost every aspect.
I knew the software can be a bit slow and buggy, I knew about different assistant failures and several other annoying things like weird pre heating of the battery.
But since i Was able to get it for a very good price my boss agreed and I was really looking towards this car.
But it seems it wants to test my love with every new day.
Today it decided to pop out it's door handle sensor while driving home. I heard a weird noise like little knocks from the outside and decided to stop. After some minutes under the car I saw the loosened sensor. Was able to push it back but what the hell Audi.. The quality is so weird on this car compared to my prior and far less expensive car, the Tesla Model Y. Yeah some details where flimsy but it was rock solid. Audi pls, get back und to the place we love you for.
