[REVSHARE] Dev Looking for Artist to Help Turn Prototype Into Publisher Pitch

Hey guys, will try to keep it short.

I’m currently hoping (more like manifesting at this point) to partner up with an artist/designer,mainly someone interested in (UI,Ux ,motion and general graphic design) while i handle the development side of things (if you are a experienced dev feel free to dm too, experience is always invaluable )

----The Project----

Elevator
Elevator- Think roguelike deckbuilder, but instead of reinventing poker, I built an original 52-card scoring system from scratch. Every combo you play feeds the Devil's crib simultaneously, so by the end of the round you're being destroyed by your own cards, your own multipliers, and your own mistakes.

Closest game in genre- Dungeons & Degenerate Gamblers, Cloverpit, Balatro

You can check it out the current build in drive along with some pitch materials and a video explaining the game and some future plans

Why I’m Sticking With It?

I did pitch it to a few publishers already to gauge interest, who reverted back with it being a bit early in terms of art direction and more of a mechanics display. Though atleast 2 did tell me it was a different from the usual deckbuilders currently being pitched in terms of mechanics and originality.

A few of them asked me to stay in touch and pitch again once the project has a stronger visual identity and a proper team behind it. Originally I was hoping to get funding to build the team, but I guess now I need the team first :(

So that’s what brings me here.

----Art Direction----

There’s a moodboard in the drive already, but generally I think something in the comic-book / anime direction fits the game really well. That said, I’m completely open to suggestions and collaboration on the visual identity.

----Timezone / Availability----

I have a demanding full-time job, so during weekdays I usually work on the project for 1–2 hours after work.Weekends are where I go all in. Communication during weekdays would mostly be text, while weekends are open for calls, brainstorming, planning, etc. I’m flexible with timezones.

If the project sounds interesting to you, I’d genuinely love to connect.

Whether that means building a small studio, pitching again or just launching independently

I’m open to all of it.

Broke my old se2 and got a se3. It came upgraded to os26. I had mine at os26 too and it sucked (clearly apple didnt give a rats a** for se users). I didnt update it further beyond beta so dont know if issues were resolved really. I havent setup my new se yet and am planning a os downgrade. Any best practices and the best os to get that is compatible with everything.
