Calamity loan?

Sabi po ng AAO namin, nabasa daw niya na magkakaroon ng Calamity Loan. Magkano po kaya ito usually sa mga first-time loan, and kailan kaya? Within Quezon province po ang location namin. Thanks!

Help in choosing which one is worth it?

So in my previous post, about asking for solar specs suggestions. I asked the recommended specs for my household.

So I did my research, as well as did a canvas in multiple companies, so most of them are very expensive (around 380k) but I guess this is the current rate of the specs I needed, but there's this 2 who is currently I'm considering.

1st one (actually my 2nd cousin, contractor):

  • SRNE 6kw Hybrid Inverter
  • 10 620w Panels (Not sure of brand)
  • SRNE 16kwh (300ah) Battery

2nd one (startup company backed by a big financer that actually has a warehouse for parts here in our town)

  • Deye 6kw Hybrid Inverter (was previously offering Livoltek due to its AI Capabiities, but its fairly new and more expensive compared to Deye)
  • 10 GCL 700w Panels (Monocrystalline)
  • GCore 16kwh (300ah) Battery

Guess first one is the common brands and setups for cost-efficient, and 2nd one is a bit more on the modern or exploring newer brands/technology or not sure how you call it.

For warranty and after sales, they are both in my town, so its easy to contact them.

But of course still in the haggling stage, to see if could lower the price more. But thoughts on this?

Thank you!

Solar specs suggestions?

So my current usage is around 373kw/h priced at 15.04 per kw/h. (5,677.11 php) So we're planning to do a 400k loan, but of course maybe spend 200-250k in a solar setup. Of course have read some stuffs and asked AI about this, and we wanted a Hybrid setup, since most usage is during night time, specially the AC.

Our current most used appliances:

  • 1.5 HP Split Type Inverter AC (20 hours usage, specially at night for sleeping because we have a 5 year old and soon a new born on September) and we turn this off in the morning when we wake up to at least let it rest for 3-4 hours, then around 12:00 PM, we turn it until the next day.
  • PC with 650w and a 24 inch monitor, usually used in the day time around 4-6 hours maybe, depends on work, tho on weekends we usually run it whole day.
  • 32 Inch TV, not that much usage
  • Non inverter refrigerator
  • Non inverter washing machine (sometimes when my mother in law is here and washes the dishes, but majority we do laundry outside)
  • Guess the common appliances like, 3 stand fans, chargers, laptop chargers, etc.
  • Tho in our office or 2nd room, we have another old 1hp window type aircon, havent been used in a while, so probably need some maintenance, but when we go solar, maybe can maximize this as well so can work in the office during day and afternoon where sun is too hot.

Of course first, the AI just suggest strictly Grid-tie setup, to save money. But I guess in our usage, having a battery is important then later net metering, since our usage is mostly at night time. But the AC will be probably used 24 hours when the new baby comes.

Our target is of course almost 0 bill, or even at least 200-400 php. What do you think is the specs needed, so when we inquire in some contractors, we have ideas.

Thank you so much!

Samsung AR50H13D1EHN vs Midea MSCE-13CRNF1.5 HP Split Type Inverter Comparison?

Planning to get the Samsung for the AI and Smart features, pero ano po say niyo dito?

Samsung 1.5 HP AR50H13D1EHN vs Midea 1.5 HP MSCE-13CRNF8

Same price point of around 25k php.

Sa Abenson kasi 30k inaabot kasama installation, dito 25k lang free installation na. Dun sa mga distributors and nag resell sila.

Thank you!
