Is this a good deal? iPhone 11 -> 16e for $199

Is this a good deal? iPhone 11 -> 16e for $199

Been using my 11 for nearly six years now and it still runs pretty decently. However, the phone is starting to show its age/limitations.

  1. 64GB is not enough for me anymore
  2. The charging port is kinda funky and I have to charge the phone at an angle sometimes
  3. The battery life isn’t great, but thats due to age so it’s not the worst thing.

Curious to know if anyone else has made the jump from the 11 to 16e and I’d like to know y’alls experience.

How to repair this team issued Nike coat?

Hi r/howto!

My mom had this coat sitting in her closet that she just up and gave to me. It's safe to say that I love this coat. It's snug, well-insulated, and fits me perfectly. I wear it around the house when it gets cold, and I do not want to take it off. The issue is that the coat came to me as is. I'm not as worried about the letters peeling, but the lack of a zipper track box (yeah, I had to Google what it was called), and all the blemishes on the coat prevent me from wearing it outside. What's the cheapest way I can go about fixing it up? Stain remover on the blemishes did not work, and I can't tell you if those blemishes are paint or not because I don't know what they are.

I did play college athletics for two years (not at Aurora), and we didn't get team-issued coats, so I got attached to this thing FAST.

Hi r/FedEx! After getting a little unlucky with summer internships, I've mostly resorted to working a regular summer job. I have/had family work at FedEx part-time, and the hope for tuition assistance is drawing me in as I'm taking summer courses.

I've been given very conflicting information about the tuition reimbursement program, and I'm trying to clear up some confusion.

  1. Is tuition assistance available upon the first day of employment or sixty days after? I've seen that the program is available upon my first day of employment, but another family member of mine got it sixty days after employment. I'm not sure what happened there.

  2. Is it a reimbursement after I complete my classes, or am I given the assistance once my first bill is due? I'm specifically wondering about this so I don't get a hold placed on my student account.

  3. Do I have to stay employed beyond the summer to receive this benefit? I'm fairly certain there are some guidelines to ensure that I don't get the assistance and immediately leave the company. Do I have to stay employed and work a certain number of hours to ensure I actually receive the reimbursement in the off chance that it won't be applied at the end of the summer, but at the end of the calendar year?

I'm basically looking for any possible way to pay for my summer classes with a little bit of help to ensure that I graduate in the fall!
