WIBTAH for expressing concern about my friend’s wife seeming extremely thin lately?
I've known one of my best friends for about 10 years now. He started dating his wife about a week before we originally became roommates, so I've been very good friends with her as well for the same amount of time. For this post, my friend with be [friend] and his wife will be [wife].
[Wife] works in fashion and has always been on the thinner side, but has always been at a very healthy weight (I'd guess about ~120lbs). Lately, my friends and I have noticed that [wife] is looking drastically skinnier (guessing ~100lbs), to the point where her bones are noticably protruding out of her clavicle, spine and arms).
I know that it's uncomfortable to bring up these things with friends, but I believe that good friends should be able to express their concerns about health, especially when everyone on social media says "you look amazing!", etc. and reinforces the behavior.
I asked ChatGPT to write me up a text to send to my friend to express my concerns, but I'm obviously worried about blow back of [friend] (or [wife] if he tells her) and it putting strain on our relationship. Below is what chat wrote:
>"Hey man, I wanted to ask you something kinda sensitive, and I hope it doesn’t come across wrong. I’ve noticed [wife] seems a lot thinner lately and I just wanted to make sure she’s okay. I’m not judging or trying to pry at all — you guys are some of my closest friends and I care about you both, so I just wanted to check in. No pressure to get into anything personal either."
EDIT: My friends are very well off, and my suspicion is GLP-1 drugs, thats where the concern is about because [wife] definitely doesn't need GLP-1 at all, and I'm concerned that social media is telling her to be skinnier and its a mental health issue.
Dog socialization training for my energetic dog thats scared of other dogs?
My 2.5 year old golden is extremely friendly to people and LOVES playing ball and going to the dog park, but when any other dog comes up to her she will shrink up and cower until they walk away. We're hoping to get some training for her to open up and be more confident.
Does anyone know any trainers that specialize in this?
My wife plays Nintendo Switch via handheld but shes started to like using it on the bigger TV. I know that the Frame has Multi View, but from what I could see, there's only 3 options to use with it (Samsung TV, YouTube and YouTube TV).
We usually watch SlingTV or Netflix with our FireStick, or with the built in apps on the frame TV.
Is there any way to use Multiview with the Nintendo Switch and SlingTV/Netflix, besides doing screen mirror from PC or phone?
