Dekho baat kuch aisi hai ki i am in very much fucked up situation....

I am from IITR having branch electrical jisme mera bilkul intrest nhi araa

Andd i got a rare disease jisme i can't able to walk, move, sleep etc...kinda hell situation for me st for 6.momths i am on bed

Yeh sab hua during my 3rd year 1st sem iske baad mai recover hua ram ji ki kripa se back to normal ho gaya but i am in kinda trauma jisse mai paas kiya amd padai adat chut gayi thi toh i just skipped all ( 100percent) classes of 3y sem 2 and got whole sem back

And isse phle ka bata like 1y and 2y meri cg already under 6 chalri thii

So abhi 4y krna fir 3y repeat krna haii

But now i need to do something merko apni life ya IIT jane ke liye mhnt waste ni krni so mera basic goal ki i could get a good sde job at Germany cuz my gf lives there merko uske sath rehna hai

So please all my fellow seniors help me out i have no idea how to come out from this much fucked up situation
