Al Futtaim sells BYD Ti7 premium trim at 170k. But what am I missing in features compared to Leopard 7 Premium trim?

1. Fragrance diffuser?

2. Lidar? For self parking and driving? Apparently, as per Al Futtaim, it is illegal to have it and will be fined 25k, currently only allowed for Teslas, and this is the reason they didn't bring it to Ti7

3. Ti7 has multiple or better radiators suitable for GCC as per sales team.

What else?

Another rant is the spare tire. Can i buy an external tire cover? Will it void the warranty? I can't leave it at home.

I own a 2bed apartment in a building which comes with one parking space.

I would like to purchase a 2nd parking space from the developer or another owner and add it to my title deed.

How is the pricing calculated? Can it be added to my title deed? Process? Total cost? Service charges?

A couple of years back, I bought a few stocks of AD OC gas through FAB. I could track my stocks using the SAHMI app, but this doesn't work anymore. Is there another platform I should be using?

Also, if i plan to sell the shares, how does the process work? Can I do it through the app, or does the bank need to do it on my behalf?

Which is the better car of the two? Comfort, Features, Driverability, safety?

As an example, they are offering 2026 Leopard 5 for 185k top trim, incl EVS warranty, 50k service package, and registration. They will also give Chinese E-Sim, device for android auto, and switch language, all for free. I was told the 2026 ones also come with GCC spec radiator, etc. same as Denza.

Al Futtaim charges 212k for Denza B5 top trim and offers only free registration and service for 1st year.

I am planning to pull the trigger on BYD Ti7 Top Trim for 170k (Bank finance). But there are no offers. Insurance+Service, etc, will cost 10k-12k extra.

I ruled out Deepal 318, Icaur V27, as I didn't like the way it looked.

1. Al Futtaim charging 170k without any offers (no insurance, service, tinting, etc). Is there anyway to get better offers through any contact in Futtaim or outside dealer? I will be financing the car. Futtaim said prices are non-negotiable and the car is in high demand.

2. Should I buy Leopard 7 from a dealer outside. Would I face warranty or parts issues? Where should I get Leopard from? Should i choose?

3. I hear EVS, Swiss Auto, and Al Futtaim warranty. What is the difference? I plan to keep the car for 5-7 years.

4. How would the parts availability and parts cost look like after the warranty?

5. The spare tire is inside the boot. Eats away space.

6. How much would insurance cost? Heard chinese car insurance costs a lot. Would it increase year on year?

7. Other reliable options? G318? Icaur V27?

8. Safety factor (NCAP Ratings or similar)?

I have a 2bed apt inside 1k sqft, outside 2k sqft. DU recently installed a Linksys SPNMX56 router. It covers just the living room. The wifi drops in both bedrooms and terrace.

Absolute IT noob, what is the best way to extend the wifi range inside & outside? I need to install cameras on my terrace as well, so wifi coverage is important.

If i buy a 2nd router to cover the terrace, I dont have a power socket, and ideally, there is no wiring between routers.

What are the possible solutions?
