As far as I have learnt from google, every british scout leader should have a set off wooden beads as to become a leader they must complete their wood badge. However i would like a conclusion on:

What number of beads

Why doesnt every leader wear the beads

Etc

Having a breakdown here. I just realised whenever I see a camp blanket they are always dullish colours. Or they are that poncho blanket with the red stitching. I feel as though I stand out here as i lay down beneath my banana yellow blanket. Am I missinf something?

Why don't we see more colourful blankets. Mines yellow simply because i like yellow. Sure your favourite colour can be grey or black but where are the reds and pinks and oranges. (Mine may also be yellow as it was the only colour left in stock at wilko years ago ;)

Also if you try and look on ebay for scout camp poncho style things. Grey with red stithcing! All of them. Is this a style or scouty thing I am unaware of?

Sadly with no photo, I did manage to convert my blanket into a poncho by cutting a slim oval into the centre and hemming it. I then stitched 2 pockets onto the front from a different fabric.

I have been going to music festivals for many years and I'd like to say I've mastered the art of removing the wristband without damaging it.

(Tip: Plastic bag method, and have plyers nearby to crack the black bit off on the slider if it is too tight so you don't loose blood circulation.)

Anyway. From the smaller, child friendly festivals I went to with family as a kid, for what I assume is safety pursposes, so the band is not tightened too much, children were given a wristand with a slider that was actually 2 way. Meaning it could be taken on and off, rasther than the adult ones where as one its on it is on or you can cut it off. I have been using those types of sliders (" way ones) on any wristbands I take off, though now I have used up all my children sliders off my child wristbands. I was wondering if anybody knew of anything on eBay or the likes, where I could purchase a pack of these 2 way toggles.

Might be in wrong place here so if you know of a better please direct me. Also I have a feeling this is incredibly vague so apologies in advance.

I think this mostly relates to a fear of excess. For example being given the option when at a restraunt, my dad, having not drank and was very thirsty was asked how big do you want your drink. Half pint or Pint. He jokingly said "As big as it can be" (before choosing pint.) This triggered me to feel sort of weird. Not sick. I cant describe the feeling very well. This is just an example of thousands but I can boil down to things where as far as im aware, doing something so much or having so much it damages your health is what i fear. I think "as big as it can be" scares me as i take it literally, meaning you have an infinite supply of that drink and having that amount, could make you ill. Another example is, (this one's made up as an example but u get the idea"):

Person 1 " how long are you spending in the swimming pool?"

Person 2 "Forever. Its brilliant"

What triggers here is that you could spend forver in a pool but doing that would obviously damage you.

Its the idea of excess, or gluttony or literal freedom I think. I assume this also relates in a way:

As a kid if I was asked what I wanted to drink id say something along the lines of "Suprise me." If my parents wanted me to start deciding for myself id say I cant. Id think of 2 options say Juice or Water and ask them to pick a number. My head would say if its odd its water if its even its juice. Or Id ask them what they had for breakfast. Cereal then its water. Toast then its juice.

I don't know if they are related but anyway.

I assume this post is not very informative but if I can get any info on it that'd be great or if anybody experiences the same thing. If you have any questions that could help you figure me out then ask and I'll try answer.

So if youve seen the new MTP kit, I hope you agree its not brilliant. (The stuff with the tan material below belt loops)

As far as im aware theyve been made to mimic Crye style kit, but on an MOD budget. Im yet to wear the new combat shirt but the trousers are allready giving me nightmares. The elastic pockets, you wouldn't be able to fit more in them anyway and it just traps your hand now. No zip on the left upper pocket, no pocket flaps on the rear pockets. None of it works and imo they've just made them impractical and now they look quite silly.

I was wondering if anybody knew if for last year ish, when I first saw them, they were running a test trial of them, and if the MOD will continue producing them. Especially with the complains I hear about the new stuff, I hope not.

Does anybody else know of any information regarding this, and for example, if anywhere still makes the old style, alongside the new, as if they are transitioning. Im not sure if anybody still issues old stuff anymore too.

I bought a HANDHELD PTT for my 5r minis, and I used them for a few days. I didnt use the radio for a while, then when I did using the mic it put out a signal with no modulation. Just flat static. I bought another and it still didnt work. Sma ePTT just a new one. The one with the little red light sory I don't have a picture. When I transmit without the ptt plugged in it works as it should. I try everything but the thing won't put a sound out when its plugged in. Just a flat signal. The button on it works but I assume the mic broken. I cant figure out why this would happen. Have I got unlucky twice and bought 2 dodgy ones or is something else wrong.

I'm looking for a mod that has the same purpose as the base game prison. Goes around collecting prisoners from police stations in those little white vans. But I need one with far less capacity than the base game.
Anybody know of a mod like this?

I know pedestrian roads were designed for pedestrian priority, but is there a mod that allows the pedestrian roads in the game to be fully pedestrianised with access for only service vehicles?
