Stain? Paint?

Stain? Paint?

Stain? Paint?

First of all ignore the mess. I’m purging a ton of homeschool stuff and getting ready for the school year. My hubs built these shelves for me and I’m finally ready to paint or stain them. He wants them stained since he spent extra money on oak boards. I don’t think stain will look good since I cannot stain the sheetrock that makes up the back of the shelves. I was thinking a slate gray/blue. Also-our house is older and the walls are square so I think painting it all will help hide gaps btwn the shelves and the wall. What do y’all think? I’m open to all ideas

Taxol reaction

Currently on my 1st reoccurrence and they are having to swap my taxol as I keep reacting to it no matter how much steroids I take before and get during. They said it might mean I have to come in every WEEK for it. Has anyone else had to do that.

Clinical trials

Is there anyone in this group that is doing clinical trials? How is that going? Has anyone heard of something that looks REALLY promising. I get tired of hearing “they are having break throughs all the time…” but we still seem to be treating OC with the same drugs they were 40 years ago. It doesn’t seem like we are any closer to a cure

Citric acid

Is it ok to make up a bottle of citric acid to have on hand instead of making it up each time? Or does it not keep well? TIA

Counting days

How were you told to count “chemo days”? I was told the day you get chemo is day 1 then so on. Hubs says no way. Chemo day is day zero, day 1 is the day after. Settle this debate!

Hot flash w/reoccurance

I’m on my first reoccurance after almost 4yrs of NED. My first round of chemo is down. I always have hot flashes as I had my total hysterectomy with the first occurrence. They are well controlled with Effexor (not gone but tolerable) but man alive-chemo is making them come on with more frequency and intensity!! Is this just the steroids or the chemo itself? I’m getting the taxol/carp and I start Bev with the next treatment
