Gemini is dominating the top of the SERP. How are you adapting your SEO strategy?

Do you think it's still worth investing your time and effort in SEO? Since AI Overviews and Gemini are pulling authoritative answers and sources directly into the first result, the incentive for users to click through seems drastically lower, I'm guessing even the #1 organic results aren't getting the traffic they used to.

What do you guys think? SEO no longer works, or just evolving?

Google is launching EVERYTHING but Gemini 3.5 Pro 💀

They shipped Gemini Omni Flash today. Claude dropped Sonnet 5 today. Where's 3.5 Pro?

Two possibilities:

Google's sitting on something genuinely frontier-breaking and won't ship until it's ready.

or

They know 3.5 Pro can't hang with Claude Fable 5 or GPT 5.5 and a flop launch tanks the stock.

Place your bets.

What's the one book, podcast, or article that actually moved the needle for you as a SaaS founder?

Not looking for the usual "read Zero to One" answers, those are everywhere. I'm more curious about the obscure ones. The blog post you stumbled on at 2am that reframed how you think about pricing, retention, or distribution. The podcast episode that made you scrap a bad idea before it cost you 6 months. Anything goes be it business, psychology, tech, even fiction.

Drop it below, the more specific the better.

I was wrong about Gemini 3.5 Flash

Has anyone else noticed how much better Gemini 3.5 Flash is for agentic workflows compared to 3.1 Pro?

I recently started testing 3.5 Flash(high), and it actually outperforms 3.1 Pro. Yes, it still has high token usage, but it has a much better grasp of the task at hand and covers bases that 3.1 Pro often misses. With 3.1 Pro, I usually have to do multiple edits and prompt tweaks to reach the same quality of output that 3.5 Flash gives me right out of the gate.
