My game keeps freezing after playing like 20 minutes and it's getting really frustrating.

I have not been playing Genshin for almost 6 months due to burn out. I finally have the motivation to come back to the game but everytime i play the game, my game freezes but can still hear the audio going on in the back.

I tried everything. I updated my graphic driver, i have tried fixing corrupted files (didn't try redownloading tho) and i put the graphics setting to low. I even went as far as replacing the cooling gel thingy in my laptop and cleaned the fan.

does anyone know how to fix this?

edit: I want to add, i don't have issue with this with other games.
