Baseline decreased for the 4th time this year

TL;DR: I suspect I became house/bedbound because I keep pushing myself beyond my capabilities since others around me don't believe in pacing. I'm completely devastated and suffering so much.

I feel like nobody understands how horrible this is for me because I keep pushing myself beyond my current capacity to make others around me happy.

For starters I'd like to add that I also have fibromyalgia. My fun-cap used to be at around 4.5 just 6 months ago. Now it's at 3, and that is if I push myself.

On January I was still able to go outside daily and I averaged ~3,200 steps a day. I would still crash but back then it simply meant increased muscle pain and spending more time laying down.

Then this February I flew abroad, caught an infection and returned home way less capable. I started experiencing light intolerance for the first time when I got P.E.M.

Then this past April I experienced P.E.M maybe 5 different times, had severe light and noise sensitivity, was completely bedridden for hours and couldn't perform most tasks independently. I remember thinking it won't get worse than this but now I suspect I've been in rolling P.E.M for weeks. These past 10 days have been nothing short of excruciating. I am almost entirely bedridden save for bathroom trips and sitting by my desk for 5-10 minutes every few hours. I am in 10/10 pain 24/7, screaming, shaking and crying from how bad it gets. I lay in a completely dark room AND STILL HAVE SUNGLASSES ON, because every tiny bit of light makes my eyes water. I can no longer tolerate the sound of my A/C so I'm naked all the time and can't have anything or anyone touching me without feeling like I'm being torn to shreds.
I haven't taken my earplugs out for the past few days except for when I'd replace them with active noise-cancelling earbuds. I don't talk. I don't think with inner monologue. I withdrew socially from everybody except my parents and boyfriend. My brain fog is so fucking severe and I began experiencing digestive issues.

My dad tries his best to advocate for me but it all feels like rubbing salt into my wounds. he gets most his knowledge about ME/CFS from chatgpt and podcasts that don't even discuss ME in the first place. He keeps pushing me to do more with my life. With myself. I try to explain to him that graded exercises hurt me and that pacing is the only thing that helps but he thinks pacing is giving up entirely because all i do is practice aggressive rest.

How Beyblade Burst God felt from Valt's perspective

I've been seeing a lot of TikToks to this song (I'll believe in anything by Wolf Parade) with a description like, "the things your best friend tells you when you're hitting rock bottom" and I IMMEDIATELY thought about them.
This fancam took me three whole days because I'm a chronic procrastinator🤷🏻‍♀️ whatever, i think it looks good

Hey, just in case you didn't know:

Almost all of Beyblade Burst God has been subbed and is available to watch on WatchCartoonsOnline.

I remember being so sure that Beyblade Burst God is lost media so seeing that a few days ago actually made me really happy. Thought I'd share that knowledge.

How many of y'all read fanfics?

I have to admit that I'm rather embarrassed to ask this question. I've been in the beyburst fandom for almost a decade, starting when I was in middle school. I am now an adult and very disheartened that there's no more beyblade burst content for me to consume—and this had me thinking, are there any fans that feel the same? Have others also gotten tired of skimming through AO3 for vain?

I've come up with a plot pitch that I'm quite proud of, but I'd like to know if it's viable in other people's eyes before I actually start working on it.

The plot in question is a SFW, queer, headcanon-heavy, direct sequel to God/Evo, happening 4 years after the God Bladers Cup. Bear with me:

Shu had been working tirelessly to rebuild his life after Alexander Gilten was arrested and sentenced for the Snake Pit Shenanigans. The requiem project left him with life-altering mental (and physical) limitations—and after countless (useless) hospital admissions, Shu's care team had no choice but to let him go.
His refusal to commit to recovery continues to be an obstacle as Shu returns to Beigoma at long last, just in time for the new school year. There, Shu is struck with reality like a slap across his face: the BeyClub has disbanded—and most his friends haven't forgiven him yet.
Conflicted feelings arise when Shu escapes science class just in time to stumble across a brawl in the restrooms. It appears that the victim, a former member of the original beyclub, has been going through something as well. Shu struggles to put a face to the name. He recognizes the black spiky hair, the red bandana and the skull necklace. But for some reason, this person looks... very different.

My goals with the fic is to explore coming-of-age, self discovery and self-improvement themes through beybattles. I also plan to slowly merge it into a ChouZ AU that would involve the concept of resonance but with an additional kick.

So would any of you be interested in reading something like this?

How scared would I be if [weapon] was on the enemy team? A tier list

My last tier list has gotten some traction and I had a really fun time replying to the comments and interacting with the subreddit!

After putting some thought into the matter I decided to make an opposite tier list, as to what I'd already posted—how happy would I be to have [weapon] on my team.

My tier list is entirely subjective and is based off of my own experiences alone. I love ans enjoy playing with and against any and all weapons and I believe that diversity matters greatly!

Also i'm scared of being outranged can you tell

how happy I will be to have [weapon] on my team, a tier list

I have an unhealthy amount of hours on both splatoon 2 and 3 and little to no knowledge about the meta. I just wanna have fun

my friends and family accommodate my ME/CFS only when it's beneficial for them

TL;DR: I, 23F, am in a sticky situation. I'm moderate/severe, diagnosed this February. My friends and family exploit me on the daily and refuse to educate themselves on ME/CFS. I'm frustrated, depressed and beyond fed up.

As the title suggests I'm kind of surrounded by situational assholes.

I consider myself moderate/severe. I can leave my house (with help) and at the cost of a crash. I can handle self-care and household chores to an extent. I live with my dad. I crash 3 times a month on average and have had to give up most of my life. I'm able to do maybe 20% of what I could do pre-illness on a good day. On bad days I can do nothing.

My dad has some mental health issues in the background and he struggles making ends meet. I realize he can't help me all of the time and I respect that, but whenever he does agree to help me, it's done after an argument and A LOT of guilt tripping — and after helping me he'd usually expect I do a chore or two around the house (I already handle most housework. Cooking, cleaning, dishes, laundry...).
I'm at a constant state of push & crash and burnout. I normalized being in pain all the time and have learnt to ignore it so I can stay functional. I got used to barely sleeping at all. Got used to being the only one cooking and feeding my siblings (I'm the eldest of 4) I got used to being a semi-functional housewife.

My friends don't understand why I distance myself and they make me feel like an asshole for it. I got my diagnosis (ME/CFS and fibromyalgia) this February and told them about it frankly because I trust them. Rookie mistake right there. I sent them a few sources to get educated from and I regularly post about my struggles online even though I barely have any audience. I want my loved ones to know what it means to live with ME, especially because they're not immune to it. Nobody is.

My friends pretend to hear me out when I vent but always respond with "don't worry, this is momentary. You'll be better soon" and it makes my blood boil. Don't they think I would've gotten better already if it was momentary? I've been steadily declining for TWO YEARS.

I've sacrificed most of my life at this point and I sacrifice precious energy EVERY SINGLE DAY to talk to them, advise them, consult them and even meet up with them. I'm expected to handle a household of 5, attend therapy twice a week, maintain relationships and have a boyfriend (who's been a saint through it all, bless his heart)

I'm supposed to be homebound. And I'm not. Because my parents refuse to believe that my invisible disability is THAT BAD. Because they didn't raise a quitter. Because if not me, who else is gonna cook for mh siblings? Because if I don't physically attend my therapy sessions, my therapist will drop me.

These people will likely never know how ME/CFS really feels( hopefully) but, fuck, every little thing feels like a Russian roulette. I feel like I'm constantly indebted to my body because of how little energy I have. And as if this isn't enough I've also got clinical depression, anxiety and cPTSD.

I don't know what I expect posting this online. I guess I don't want my voice to keep disappearing as it already does. I want empathy, I think. I want to know if I'm right to be so angry? Or should I just suck it up?

if the MFB characters were real, what music taste would they have?

had this question pop in my head last week and i just had to get it out.

the only conclusion i reached thus far is that Masamune would love hyperpop music and Tsubasa would listen to The Beatles.

What is a Beyblade hill you're willing to die on?

I mean, what is your hottest possible Beyblade take? I'm talking "things that would've gotten you in arguments" sorta hot takes. Mine for example is the fact that I do not like Beyblade Metal Fury.

when i was 15 i created one of the most heavily circulated memes on the beyblade burst community at the time, but i was dumb and i forgot to watermark it. AMA

this is so embarrassing and i have the gut feeling that people won't believe me but i swear on my life that it's true.

without further ado, here is the meme.

I tried doodling Zeo from memory

I recently finished my 4th rewatch of Metal Masters (#autism) and was reminded of my love for This Character. No reference pics were used at all. How'd I do?
