AITAH For calling my friends out for being mean about a girls weight?

This is what I sent to the group:

“Just referencing the conversation from before, and if we could refrain from talking about X’s weight. It makes me quite uncomfortable. Just imagine that people were talking about your physical appearance in a WhatsApp group. If you have a problem with her, talk to her face to face. I understand that she is rude, and she talks about other people’s physical appearance in an unkind way, but that doesn’t give any of us the right to do the same to her. If you don’t like her, that’s fine. Talk about her personality, but don’t bring her weight into the mix. I’m sure that she struggles with it and that she’s projecting her problems onto other people.”
