Decided to take my dinner outside and enjoy this beautiful August evening. Chicken and veggie lasagna and a small salad.

And my side kicks Gus and Luna

I have never lived somewhere with a dishwasher and after almost 40 years of washing dishes by hand, I’ve decided I don’t want to anymore.

So I bought myself a little countertop dishwasher she might not be big but Berta is mighty and she’s just enough for me.

My balcony is my favourite place when the weathers nice. Enjoying my Tuesday evening with some “pop goes classical”

Iced double espresso with salted Carmel cold foam

Charred broccoli, thick cut bacon, onions, cucumber, feta and a hot honey drizzle.

Turned out delightfully.

Only tweak id make for next time is to add some evoo and apple cider vinegar to the hot honey to make more a of dressing consistency.
