Trying to mimic Fry's Turkish Delight

I love Turkish Delight but also had a real soft spot for Fry's, which I can't get where I live now. But I can remember it distinctly and it's got much more of a pectin bite to it than the traditional cornstarch. So here's my first attempt at pectin-gelled, milk chocolate covered Turkish Delight.

It's slightly too firm so I'll try reducing the pectin by 10% next time. And a little more rose flavour. That's the hardest ingredient to judge because different brands vary hugely in concentration

2.2 Software List

Hi sorry for the silly question. But for the SSP is the Software List literally a list of every single bit of software on the hardware specified in 2.1? Or only in reference to CUI?

Kids book with toddler who can put things back together, a sinkhole & aliens

The protagonist's mother is an astronomer (?) who is obsessed with finding aliens. A sinkhole opens under their house, and it turns out little purple bug-like things were eating through the rock. They turn out to be aliens, and at the end the kid discovers that they can't eat through plastic. And his little sister has the ability to join things back together, but she can't read yet so when she fixes their car it's a "voovl" instead of volvo

NIST SP 800-171 documentation

Sorry I've been dumped in the deep end with this and I'm struggling a little to make head or tail of it. Is there documentation required for the standard (ie a document that outlines/proves each of the 110 points) or is the SSP the documentation?

Kids book with a burglar who drove a bus of elderly people

So I think this was a series of books and the protagonist was a burglar (with eye mask and I think stripy top) who ended up saving the day on more than one occasion? I could be wrong about that but I distinctly remember him driving a bus of old people up (or down) a mountain. Late 90s/ early 2000s and I'm pretty sure it was one of those 2-in-1 books where you flip the book over for a second story

Chinese pepper?

I ordered a chinese pepper tree from a nursery (szechuan pepper) because I can't buy the peppercorns where I live. They said it's 3-4 years old. The leaves are about 5mm long, and it has no thorns. It doesn't look like the images I see online. I've had it about four months - no flowers or fruit

Pendant

I was given this 20 years ago, and I'm pretty sure I was told the gem starts with a T. Tanzanite? Tourmaline? The hallmark/stamp is pretty worn but I photographed it the best I could.
