Hello, i’m planning on selling an old iphone that i used binance on before, that account was then used on a new phone but got suspended by Binance. My question is, if i sell the old iphone, will binance detect that a suspended binance account was used on it before and HWID ban new accounts opened on it, if the new owner decide to use their account?

Binance recently banned my account without giving any explanation and i’m aware that they HWID detect and ban new accounts opened on the same device. This account was previously opened and used on an old iphone, but when it got suspended it was on a new phone. So my question is, if i format the old phone and use a new Binance account (new identity), will binance detect the device and suspend the new account? Since the one that got suspended was previously used on that very device as well

A un amigo le prohibieron mover su cuenta en Binance y pidieron verificación de fondos, en este caso que documentos debería subir? Como bien saben el comercio libre aquí en vzla no lleva tanta documentación legal, mucho menos origines de fondos y justificación de impuestos. Alguien tiene idea? No quiero que suba un documento que Binance rechace y termina perdiendo su dinero ($13k)

Binance cerró mi cuenta sin dar explicaciones o alguna razón en especifico. Pero según el error que me sale al iniciar sesión “abre binance desde un dispositivo que no esta compartido con otras personas”, he concluido que la razón podría ser que después de pasar mi cuenta binance de mi telefono viejo a uno usado, Binance pensó que estoy compartiendo cuentas, ya que el nuevo telefono fue utilizado con Binance por su antiguo dueño. Hay alguna posibilidad de restablecer la cuenta? Cada vez que me comunico con soporte me dan la misma respuesta, que la decision es definitiva. Agradezco cualquier ayuda.

Binance blocked my account without giving any specific reason, but since an error of “sharing accounts” pops up everytime i try to sign in, i the reason might be that the platform detected that after i passed by Binance app and account from my old phone to a used one, which previously had an active binance session of the previous owner. But everytime i appeal since 2 days ago, i get the same message that the decision is final. Is there any chance i can get it back? I’d appreciate any help
