What to do between training sessions?

I train MMA 3 times a week, and since i started it lifting weights became so boring and honestly i felt ass i was more stiff because of it.

So I stopped it and started just running and doing pushups on my off days of MMA. Now my question is what to actually do?

I am thinking on doing that bs workout of just pull ups push ups and squats, then either rope jumping or running, but i want to hear your experiences and recommendations

Skin injuries help needed

Im new to MMA, been going about a month now and I did a year of boxing before.

After first 5 sessions I had skin injury on my foot, had to take a 10 day break for it to heal, now I have knee skin injury. Basically my skin just scrapes off from wrestling, and idk how to deal with it, I dont want to take big pauses. I bought knee pads for knee problem, but what do I do with other parts, elbows feet and stuff?

What to do during injuries?

I am fairly new to MMA, I did boxing for 1.5 years and never had this problem before.

Basically I have an open wound on my foot from wrestling I guess, and I wont be able to train for 2 weeks for sure, so what is best for me to do during this time to stay physically active? Gym or light cardio or something?

What to do against Heimer?

I started playing her recently, and just went against Heimer. What the fuck do I even do? I felt like I was unable to do literally anything. Just take what little CS i can under turret and dodge his rockets.

Is she worth getting into?

Hello, I have been Shen OTP for years now, and I have been thinking about changing things up.

Tried Irelia for ~100 games, and while the champ is fun to play and I like to think I got decent at playing her, she doesn’t fill “right” to me. Too much bad matchups that honestly kill me even thinking about playing them.

Now I have been thinking to either pickup Fiora or Riven. How is she rn? I havent played against her in a while and when I do they think its a good counterpick and just don’t understand her.

Would you recommend her? What advice can you give to me? Thank you in advance!

Irelia main trying Riven

Basically I OTP Irelia and rarely when she is either ban or picked I play Shen.

Now the big problem with Irelia is her lacking a carry potential, while as i know Riven is probably best solocarry toplaner in the game?

Now of course that comes with the fact that you need to actually be able to play the champ. I would like to try and learn her, but what is your opinion, is it possible to play both constantly or is she so OTP dependable (technically Irelia is but I think I know matchups well enough to add another champ to the roster)?
