22f Just got diagnosed with with lupus

Just got diagnosed today after doing a bunch of testing trying to figure out what’s wrong with my legs, came back with 2 indicating antibodies, some other results that point to lupus and have most of the other symptoms. I have to do more research but want to avoid going down a fear mongering rabbit hole right now. What are some things I should keep in mind to prolong it from getting worse?

How does my tank look?

Anything I could be doing better? 20 gal tank stocked with 14 neocardina shrimp, 5 blue eye rainbows, 6 cardinals, and 1 mystery snail. Also I need to clean out the old Java and Christmas moss as I’m not sure how to keep it alive it just keeps turning brown and dying. Probably also needs a different light but I already have 2 other tanks I’m spending a lot of money on as well so it’s a work in progress.

I asked for a raise because I was doing more work than everyone else, does my boss now expect me to do even more?

I am a house cleaner, and I was working for $19 an hour originally. I only work 3-4 hours a day because I clean a lot faster than my coworkers on jobs that would take them 5-7 hours. Not only do I clean faster but as my boss, coworkers, and clients all say, I also do the best job and always have good reviews and high tips. In addition to that, my coworkers always call me if they need something or have a question, I always have to check their work or clean behind them, and all of them are always extremely late while im always 5 mins early. So I decided after months of this it was only fair to ask for a raise. We settled on $22 an hour. But now my boss keeps calling me wanting me to cover people’s shifts, and I’m wondering if this is because I asked for the raise which again I asked for because of the extra work I was already doing, not as an agreement to do even more work. Am I in the wrong for turning down even more responsibility after I asked for a raise?

My fish died after changing the substrate

So I have a 20 gallon that had 1 clown pleco, 5 guppies, a mystery snail and a couple neocardina shrimp. The tank is heavily planted and has perfect levels, overall my tank was absolutely thriving. But, I recently learned that blue gravel is not preferable for fish so I got Caribsea Eco complete substrate, moved my fish to a separate tank with the same water and with a bubbler/heater, took out about 50% of the water and I took out the blue gravel leaving the stratum that was already there and put in the other substrate . I did all the proper water conditioning and steps to transferring my fish back in and they were totally fine for a few hours but I woke up the next morning and everything but the shrimp were dead. I feel terrible because I was so careful and my levels were even perfect when they died. Idk what I did wrong does anyone have any advice? I’ve been researching for days to figure it out but I haven’t found anything that makes sense
