Must be my lucky day :-)
What do you think of us lol? I’m married to a millennial and I’ve always romanticized being one and looked up to them when I was a teen. I have friends in relationships with millennials too and I’m just wondering their perspectives. The pop culture, the music, the fashion of their youth will always be so cool to me and I really do wonder if they feel similarly to our generation? All good if not, I’m genuinely just curious.
I remember seeing a couple episodes of season one many years ago, but never locked in. Would love to hear why it’s worth the watch to you!
Can someone please remove the girl in the purple dress from these photos (added a pic of the guy next to her incase yall need that) can pay $40 please no AI!!!
Hi all! A couple weeks ago I got married at BBG and would love to share my experience for any couples interested. Especially for anyone who’s doing a micro wedding.
Starting off, no, this was not one of the crazy expensive $80k weddings they have there. For only $628 you can get a permit to get married in different locations around the garden before they open so you basically have the place to yourself. You can have up to 50 guests, photographer/videographer, and a speaker for music. There are no chairs, everyone was standing, besides my grandfather, who got to use one of the garden’s wheelchairs. They only do this on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am-10am.
My entire party was there by 8:45am and they let us go in at that time. We got married in the rose garden (where my husband proposed last year). The ceremony was perfect and better than I could ever dream of.
When I was walking down the aisle bumble bees started nestling in my bouquet. While I was saying my vows a bunny came out and hopped in front of my guest. The bunny literally stayed for the rest of the ceremony and let me get pretty close to it before hopping away. I seriously was on my Snow White shit with all the whimsical critters.
After the ceremony we took photos until 10am and then headed out for brunch in the neighborhood. The weather was gorgeous. 70° and sunny skies. We truly lucked out and we planned this for peak rose season. The garden was just stunning I still can’t believe it.
The only hard part is that BBG only lets you book your date during the year your wedding is. So we got engaged in July 2025 and had to wait til January 2026 to submit for the date we wanted. It was stressful anticipating if we’d get the date, but we felt so hopeful. On New Years Eve we filled out the request form and when it hit midnight we pressed submit together. It was so romantic cause fireworks started going off while we did it. The next day someone from the garden called me and said we got our date and said we were the first ones of the year to submit.
I highly recommend if you’re considering this to do what we did and submit at midnight on New Years. Another thing to consider is that it’s non refundable and if it rains there is nowhere to shelter. They don’t let you go inside for bad weather. This honestly was a risky move, but we were so hopeful that everything would work out and it did. 10/10 experience. Best day of my life.
Their chemistry was cute lol
I feel like it was the right move giving him a camera and mic. And the descriptions he writes for the patreon videos are so girly pop lol like he’s def gonna be one of the girls
