my first vw piece, i got it probably two years ago and ive worn it every day 24/7 (even in the shower... which i know isn't good) and the only damage is this, dead center of the orb. is there any way to repair this?

edit: i got the pet parents washable dog diapers and imo they fit fine! just a bit awkward on her bum since shes loooong but not a big deal since she'll be getting spayed after this

i'm trying to teach her how to close cabinets and drawers but she isn't catching on lol

she's 10 months old, i've noticed these the past week or so. no new foods or anything and they don't really seem to be bothering her, but i'm just curious what they are? they're more visible irl, and feel almost like little pimples when i run my fingers over them

since they aren't bothering her & aren't growing or whatnot, i'm not really worried, just curious what they could be & if i should do anything to help them (like if it's an allergic reaction)
