Anyone on Test and Keto or Low Carb?
I’m currently keto as I’m trying to lose as much weight as I can before I hop on my first cycle. Worried about sides/estrogen and I’ve always had MOOBS so want to lower the risk of gyno.
I plan to switch from keto to more of a low carb diet once I start test. Just wondering if this will stifle muscle building and recovery or if anyone else here sticks to low carb (like 50g a day or so) and is still doing good? What’s your diet like on test?
