How do people get tons of scrobble per day/ week

I just started last.fm back in November of last.year (see what I did there?), and I can only really amass to 200-300 scrobbles a week. When I look at my followers, they're getting 1k+ scrobbles per week. Are they sleep streaming? Do they have nothing to do but to listen to their faves? Please help me reach enlightment!

How Can I Become More Confident With Having 4C Hair

(17F) I am going through a dilemma right now. For most of my life, my mom would style my hair naturally. The twists with the barrettes and all the usual hair styles that I would wear. I would always speak about how I didn't like it and I wish my hair was straighter. So, I started getting my hair pressed at 6. Then it was braids. I got my first quick weave last year. I don't think I've spent more than a week with my natural hair, and every time I do wear it, especially out of the house, I dread it. My family and my loved ones say that I have a lot of beautiful hair that's healthy. But I only think the opposite. I think its hard to work with, and makes me look bad.

So I ask, how do you manage your natural hair to make it look better, and how do you stay confident, even when you're somewhat insecure about it.

(covered face cause i dont really like how I look in this photo)

My Exhibits and areas for somebody who hates building

I really wish building was fun, but its completely over complicated and tedious. I don't like to use prefabs, cause it makes me feel lazy, so I just make these goofy builds instead lol.

Tips and Tricks?

I have been a very, very lazy person this year, and years before, due to social media, video games and more. I’ve wanted to do so much, like skateboarding, improving my French skills, learning chess and watching more shows to improve myself in general.

When the school year ends this Thursday, I will be attempting to go the whole summer without using socials or playing any video games (other than the intense yet somewhat boring papers please). Kicking off this challenge, I am going on a trip to a country where internet access is not that frequent and often spotty. The itinerary of the trip is jam packed full of opportunities and activities so I wont get bored. My question is, whats the best tip or thing you did to get out of this screen addiction? Thanks!

How can I become a better person

(17F) I don't know whats going on with me, but it is driving me insane. I cannot get a single thing done, and my grades, habits and everything is just tanking right in front of me. I am so burnt out from the school year that will practically be over in three weeks, that I am unable to have a truly productive work day, because I am incapable of doing anything. I would work on one assignment, and then be so exhausted, that I just do not want to do anything again, which is strange because I BARELY DID ANYTHING. The extension to that is that I cannot study. I have finals in a week and I have been thinking about studying for them for maybe a month now, but I have not committed to anything.

I am also very irritable, I have 3 siblings, and I am so I am constantly bothered and pestered. I spend >8 hours on my phone a day, and I have tried to stop more than 10 times this year alone, but I cant because I always get FOMO and feel like I am constantly missing out. I would rather hop on the game for the nth time this week, than to actually get something productive done. I want to read books so bad, but I cant because I always get restless and go spend another 3 hours on socials instead. I honestly feel more miserable than I have ever felt, and it feels like torture trying to change anything.

This is like a plea of some sorts, because soon I will be an adult, and I don't want to reinforce these bad habits I partake in right now, so I can just be a better person, and be successful. This feels like a vent post, which I don't want to do, but I don't know else to do.

What can I really do about this.

(17F) Hi. I would like to preface this by saying I do not think I can completely phase social media in my life. Everyone is on it. My family, my friends. Its everything to me, and I wish it wasn't. I like posting pictures of what I do. I like sharing memes, I like texting my friends and family. But, I use it too much. Way too much. Anywhere up to 15 hours on a bad day, and 8 on a good one. Its entirely too much. I have never ever wanted to give something up, to let it go for good in my life. I just cant. I have downloaded every screen time app under the sun. Deleted within the next day. I have deleted every social media app from my phone. Installed within hours. It feels impossible to just let go and set limits.

I think I fear boredom. I think I get major FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out), and I jump right back into what I said I would give up. I quit learning new things because its too hard, and I would rather just doomscroll into oblivion for the one millionth time. It doesn't affect my personal life, and my relationships, (At least I think it doesn't). But it does make me feel sadder. My friends have restraint. My family has restraint. Why don't I?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated, because right now, I dont think I understand how to solve this problem.

(I might crosspost this elsewhere)
