Love my job
Working as a residential electrician building new homes, this is two days worth of stuff I pick up when I have time that’s left over. Is it worth stripping the small stuff down to BB?

Just picked up this battery from a guy who says he breaks up kits. Looks the same as the one I got from Home Depot other than the font is a little different. For reference top battery is from Home Depot and bottom battery is one in question
Any ideas on better way to store these until I take them to the yard?
So I'm starting with a local company that does mainly new residential and residential service work. They will sponsor me through the local IEC for the apprenticeship program. I'm just kinda confused on the pathways to take to become as well-rounded as I can to increase my earning power. I’m Ohio There doesn't appear to be any licensing except a contractor's license?
Any certifications I should work towards? What skills help increase earning potential. Is residential a good spot to stay or should I look to goto commercial/industrial in a couple years?
Looking back over your career, what do you wish you'd learned sooner?
I’ve applied for the IBEW 683 but the process takes place over the next few months
