The last fall and this past spring I overseeded with United Seeds TTTF and sprinkled some fine fescue in on the shaded areas in the backyard.

It’s worked fine, but I’m going to try and do a Tall Fescue/KBG mix this go around. Our backyard tends to not really establish well because of dogs and hoping if I can get some KGB it might help infill a little better. But a lot of the seed in the shaded areas that took is currently half dead.

Is United Seeds still good if I get their fescue and KGB mix or should I try twin city this time around? I’ve stuck with United seed because they’re so close and the shipping only takes a day or two but I think I have time to wait longer

I am used to buying clothes reps but I’m tired of constantly wearing my Apple Watch when we go out on the weekends.

I am wanting a Cartier Santos, dumont or non it doesn’t matter really. I have bigger wrists so I don’t know if that matters, just trying to find a decent quality one for maybe $100?

I’m most familiar with yupoo sellers and using an agent for reps so that’s where I’m most comfortable but open to other better options out there.

I travel for work so I always keep a planet fitness membership just in case, but pfit here just doesn’t have what I need I’ve grown out of a lot of it. Don’t get me wrong, I can still go there and have an incredible lift session, but the crowds are unbearable during school, same for crunch.

I’ll be here for two years so I’m looking for a new gym, I work on campus (not for MU) and live just off of College and Roger’s for reference.

I’m looking at Body Refinery and Iron House currently, haven’t had the opportunity to fit a tour in during staffed hours to either one yet due to my work schedule.

Does anyone have input on both gyms? Is one more orientated to typical bodybuilding vs strength etc.?

Not training for strength I utilize a lot more machine work, I have a membership to a BB gym in KC and it’s perfect, but I’m only there on weekends.

I’d like to get rid of pfit but think it’s the cheapest way to still have access to tanning, most BB gyms around here that I’ve seen don’t have tanning beds.

I work 6-5 so gym is right after work, so I know it’s the heaviest time of day still, so if anyone knows how crowded either one is around 5:00-6:00pm etc. that’d be a great help. I just don’t want to have to completely de rail my lift because machines or cables are never available, I can always do what I need with what’s available but I don’t want to move from pfit somewhere else just to have the same problem.

That’s a lot so any serious bodybuilders in the area with any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Preferably someone with a yupoo album but not against WhatsApp to find photos, but I will buy through an agent.

Mainly looking for gallery dept. hats or other similar styles, any other designer hats that aren’t fully covered in logos are also interested in.

I just know how it’s not as fun to be at a show without knowing the songs so trying to help her out as much as possible lol (we saw Billie eilish and I knew none of the songs lol, it was cool but would’ve been better had I known her songs)
