Settings advice on child's iOS configuration profile

Currently using iOS 26 screen time on child's iPhone 12. looking into adding NextDNS and need to verify if the app installs a profile or VPN on the phone and if it does, can it be easily deleted like any other non MDM VPN or profile? Initially the configuration profile option seemed like a good option, but I guess that could just be deleted if the phone is not MDM. the app can be locked from deletion, but if it is just going to do the same thing and install a profile, it could have the same result.
Can someone please, with a Deco BE xx setup, either BE63, 65, 67/68. and a Ring “Indoor Cam Plus” check the device health through the webpage and not the app. And see if is reporting low internet speed? the app won’t show this details. At least on iOS.
I’m running a single Deco BE67 and have tried two cameras of the same model and they keep reporting low internet speed.
i have two much older Ring cameras plus a doorbell that have no issues at all. The camera can stream live video without issue but it gets disconnected every once in a while.
internet speed is 1 gig down and over 30 Mbps up.
camera has been on the main network, and now on the iOT network.
I also have the paid subscription of homeshield.
Already contacted Ring and didn't get anywhere. Going to contact them again, but want to see what I can find here first.
