Something stupid I was thinking about. Growing up in the '90s, our vocabulary of insults and slang was completely different, and most of it wouldn't fly today. The irony is watching people call out older language while simultaneously inventing milder substitutes to express the exact same ideas. If those concepts are truly unacceptable, replacing them with sanitized versions doesn't actually change anything
