We are planning to construct a house on 1500 sqft plot in Mysuru. I have been researching and going through reviews and other on-line content for the popular construction companies. Narrowed down to these three. Have you worked with Urban 360, Zenith or Doddamane constructions for your house construction? How was the overall experience. More specifically construction quality, materials , transparency, avoiding surprises in terms of midway cost escalation, additional exclusions etc. Would appreciate any data that you can share on them based on your experience.

We have 2 BHK unit, with 1015 Sqft in Banaswadi, it's small builder apartment, and has A-khata and e-khata . The exact google location is here. The building has both active borewell as well as Cauvery connection.

We have Tenant who has currently Paying rent of about Rs 24k, which has been the same for last 3 years. The flat is semi furnished with usual stuff like wardrobes, Kitchen cabinets , Fans etc. Nothing fancy.

We are wondering, if we should sell it of, or continue to keep it in Rent.

if were to sell it , what would be approximate price I can expect for this?
