HomeWorks QS programming before going on site?

EDIT: should say QSX in title

Our installer is saying that no programming can happen with our new HomeWorks QSX system until all the keypads are physically in place.

Are they correct?

We’ve already spent the time working out what each button will do but they are saying they can’t do anything until all the keypads are installed. I know they have “registered” the keypads on the system but apparently can’t program remotely/off site.

Is this really the case?

Sub Mini + Amp + B&W ceiling speakers

Have an Amp plus B&W CCM662 ceiling speakers. Wondering if adding a Sub Mini is worth it.

Does anyone here have experience with ceiling speakers and the Sub Mini?

Era 100 Pro; really clever speakers

Just picked up a pair of these for our house refurb.

Brilliant.

Yes we could have run power but it’s so much easier running Cat6, and easier to hide the cables away too.

Why they don’t just make them available direct to consumer I have no idea.

Advice on next BBQs

The pure definition of a first world problem, I’d love to hear everyone’s thoughts on what to buy next.

Currently have a Napoleon gas BBQ. Wife has a massive family and we do family lunches with over 40 people. It’s perfect for that but makes cooking anything else a challenge.

We are renovating the house and have created a nice outdoor area for more cooking space, which means I can look at more BBQ options.

Friend has an Asado, which I really enjoy cooking on. The wood/cost to reward ratio seems off to me, but I do love the process.

Also enjoyed cooking low and slow on a big green egg.

So current thoughts are:

Current Napoleon
Asado
Kamado

Would love to hear others thoughts. What would you do?
