Hanging leg raises
Been doing these a lot lately. My hanging and grip strength has increased quite a bit. Just want to make sure the form is there.

Been doing these a lot lately. My hanging and grip strength has increased quite a bit. Just want to make sure the form is there.
Lately I don’t deadlift often maybe 1-2x a month if I’m lucky due to my schedule. However, I am able to always pick up where I left off. Just want to make sure due to this I am not losing my form? Probably not the best angle.
Lost some weight, been eating a tad less. Normally can do a few sets of 3. Is my depth and form still good or do I need to get some more cues down?
