CookUnity charging more after changing email address

I needed to change my email address, discover I can't.

Support "To change your email address, cancel your account, create a new one. Oh you may be flagged for fraud."

Me "Can I get a manager to promise me I won't be punished."

Support does absolutely everything to not have a manager state I won't be punished.

Support helpfully cancels my account without telling me. This was a soft cancel, I can still go back in and reactivate that account with my old email address.

Create a new account, discover I can't re-enroll in a program for free shipping and other discounts.

"As per policy, we cannot transfer that from account to a different account."

Less than a day later after canceling my orders, "Sorry about that, here's a discount and maybe we will re-enroll you later."

Grand scheme of things it would have been better if they didn't have any support versus this experience.

Also the abundance of low value chatbot "AI" formatted responses feels an extra layer of insult to absolutely failing this badly. There is no way they can fix this because I just wanted to change my email address.

God forbid "cathy.douchebag_exhusbands_surname@mailservice.com", "xxxEdgelord69_420xxx@msm.com", or "CookUnityWasHackedAndMyAddressWasStolen@yahoo.com" would want to change their email address! I mean that's such a weird thing, why would anyone ever want to change their email address?

Haven't devolved down to using curse words but their automated system keeps contacting me asking "How was your customer support experience? Blah blah lip service about being competent."

I guess back to factor, I heard they're only half as soggy as it used to be!

A rare trader would be nice.

Best latest example to come to mind is Cyberpunk 2077's DLC had a new weapon dealer that had a rotating schedule of rare/unique weapons. No idea on the currency but it would be appreciated to have a place to somewhat reliably acquire a similar rotating inventory of epic and legendary weapons versus chest RNG.

This doesn't seem correct.

I haven't checked in the attic if there has been water infiltration but this doesn't seem like it should be holding.

Disclaimer: I totally get it with doing everything possible to avoid verbally talking with a stranger on the phone, reality is its always bad news about my car warranty having expired.

Among the entirety of my pool of local friends, no one wants to meet up in reality for coffee, lunch, or pretty much anything. At first I started wondering if perhaps my hygiene had slipped or I had become a public embarrassment but then my Gen-X partner mentioned she practically had to use credible threats of violence to get most of her own millennial friends out.

Yes everything has gotten expensive but pre-pandemic a group of us would meet up to go hiking or just walk in a park, now I can't even get anyone to do that!

Again I do get it, I personally am reaching or already at a point where if Satan and the armies of hell showed up I would either be relieved or just annoyed.

I am just a bit bummed that we are rapidly becoming isolated and alienated from each other. Add on the question of whether someone online is real or is a bot isn't helping matters either.
