Flights being blocked?
Anyone else see the block of all flights on flightradar ? I heard some weird aircraft sounds (I'm local to Manchester NH MHT) and when i looked at about 830 7/4 there was morning on the map at all.

Once upon a time Veal Parmesan was the King of the Hill at Italian restaurants. Now it seems like every Italian restaurant and sub shop has chicken parm, but few have veal parm. Even most restaurant reviewers talk about great chicken parm, but never veal.
Where is the best Veal Parmesan at a sit-down restaurant in S. NH?

I just got a quote from my local dealer for nearly $2k for a brake job. Fronts need full pads, rotors and calipers (!$900) rears need pads and calipers but the rotors can be turned. ($500). It also needs a front bearing seal for about $350. (obviously round numbers)
It seems excessive. I'm going to talk to my non-dealer mechanic to see what he can quote, but damn, 2 grand seem excessive. I was able to do all four wheels on my Mercedes for $1400 only a few years ago.
Any wisdom?
So when I use the new "talk to report" feature, the AI (?) that responds is neither my Waze guide's voice, or my preferred Gemini voice. It's a deep, male voice that sounds like someone's idea of a "professional business person". It's awful, and jarring.
How do i change it?

Micaela Diaz-Feliciano. She'd been missing since the morning on May 4, when she went to school. Camera footage caught her walking on Huse Road near the Mall of New Hampshire, but she never arrived at school.
She was found on the 15th, out of state.
Wondering if there's any more info. Was she kidnapped, taken by a family member, by a romantic interest?
Hello - not sure if this is the right sub for this question. Apologies if it's not.
I have a Denon receiver (S570BT) that I would like to stream to my old tried and true wired Grado headphones for times that I don't want to be tethered to my couch. It looks like I would need BOTH a transmitter for the Denon and a receiver for the Grados.
(Yes, the "BT" in the Denon model stands for Bluetooth, but you can only stream TO it, it can't stream out to a device.)
Anyone have ideas/recommendations on what product(s) would fit the bill? Budget isn't super important, but maybe under $100 if that's do-able and still have good sound?
So, last summer I had a bumper crop of thyme. At the end of the season, I ended up throwing most of it into the dehydrator. It came out great. But how to efficiently seperate the leaves from the stems? The usual (fresh thyme) technique of pulling through your fingers against the direction of the leaves doesn't work well because now the stems are also dry and crumbly. It ends up with as much stem as leaf.
I've thought about putting it in a big container with something like a ball to shake around to take the leaves off, and maybe find something to "strain" the leaves from the stems.
As a child of the 70s and 80s, you can be sure that I tried using a double-album to separate the leaves from the stems, but it didn't work as well as I remember. ;)
Any tips or hacks?
