How does the process to becoming a reviewer work?

Can someone give me some insight to the transition process of becoming a reviewer? It is a bit confusing for me. Certain things weren’t specified. Just seems a bit unofficial. Or is there someone that can message me?

Can someone tell me if I got scammed or not ? Or if I should’ve done something else?

So I have a 2017 Toyota Camry and I saw one day that the air in one of my tires kept going low. This also happened a year ago for the same tire but I got everything fixed and now this happened again. So I put in more air for the tires and the numbers still wouldn't change for just one of them. Later my dad took it to a shop and they tested the tire for any holes or leaks and he said everything was fine. Then my dad reset the tires after putting in more air and suddenly the numbers weren't showing up anymore. So I first went to a Toyota dealership and they told me it's most likely a dead battery/sensor but the guy isn't working today and to come the next day. But I didn't wanna wait and thought it would be worth it to go to a discount tire store. So they told me 1 of the sensors that were replaced previously were an aftermarket sensor and the rest were Toyotas and that the 3 probably need to be replaced sometime soon anyways and recommended I just replace all 4 with original Toyotas because who knows how old that 1 sensor really is. I asked if the aftermarket sensors were different pricing and he said it would just be the same price. So I went ahead and got them replaced with the originals. After everything was done, he also mentioned how if one of the tires starts to say it's going low again then it might be due to the corrosion on the bead and I will have to replace the wheel. Earlier he also mentioned about the tire and rotation/balancing warranty and I thought it was a good idea at the time so I did it. But later I saw the TPMs sensor replacement was $276, the warranty for the tires was $58.92, and the rotation balancing life time warranty was $96 and so my total was $462.16. Also he wouldn’t show me the receipt until after everything was done for some reason…Anyways, now I'm just wondering if I should have just bought aftermarket sensors and got them installed/replaced someplace else?
Is this pricing normal? Seems way too expensive. Also, I thought their rotation and balancing was free but the guy told me it wasn't so I'm confused about that. Were those warranties a good idea or not? Should I get a refund for that or just leave it?
